Ichi provides the freshest and highest restaurant-quality sushi for your workplace, home, or special event. Established in April of 2006 by Timothy Archuleta—a 13-year veteran sushi chef of San Francisco’s Mission District—Ichi has quickly garnered a dedicated clientele. Ichi’s daily lunch program includes businesses throughout San Francisco and Silicon Valley.

Ichi was happy to have Erin Archuleta join the team in February 2008. She serves as a liaison between client and kitchen, ensuring all deliveries and catering events are properly organized and managed.

We feature sustainable materials and use sustainable food whenever possible. Some of our clients include Google, You Tube, LinkedIn, IDEO Design, 826 Valencia, 23 and Me, Nico Martin Presents, Second Life Linden Lab, San Francisco State University, AACE Talent Search, Barbara Llwewllyn Catering, Signature Events and Catering, and Best Beverage Catering.

We’ve recently received notice in the press for our high sushi standards. Tablehopper.com featured us in The Chatterbox column this spring. SF Foodie, SF Weekly’s blogger, wrote up our highly-sought after yuzu chicken wings in his April 23rd Seven Day Dish. And this summer, we won a Best of the Bay Bay Guardian Award for Food and Drink with their Best Sushi on a Stool. In late September, the Look Out Weekend Happy Hour that we participate in with 111 Minna received a write-up from City Dish as a Friday Feature.
